Attorney at Law

Carol Ann Glover, an attorney for more than 30 years, has broad experience in all areas of California real estate law. Her real estate practice focuses on real estate purchase and sales transactions, commercial leases, property management, escrow and title advisory, development, asset organization and restructuring, construction and architect contracts, landlord/tenant issues.

 

In addition to her legal experience, Carol is also a California licensed Real Estate Broker and co-owner of a real estate development firm, TurningPoint-Properties, LLC, providing her both legal and practical knowledge and insight into the legal aspects of commercial real estate transactions for investor-owners and business owners.


Carol completed her undergraduate work at the University of California, Irvine, continuing with her education at Loyola Law School. Upon graduation, she began her practice in a large Los Angeles civil litigation firm, transitioned to a boutique real estate and business law firm, and eventually started her own firm in the South Bay in 1997. She is an active member of the American, California, and Los Angeles Bar Associations and the South Bay, California, and National Association of Realtors.


On the personal side, Carol is a lifelong resident of Manhattan Beach and has a long‐standing commitment to leadership and public service in the South Bay. She has served two terms on the Board of the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce, is an active member and Group Leader of ProVisors (a national networking group of almost 9,000 professionals), and speaks throughout the South Bay on the topics of real estate, business entity planning and senior real estate issues, including lifestyle choices and fraud deterrence.


Carol lives with her husband of over 30 years and is the mother of two adult children, who reside in New York City and New Orleans.
